Usually an order will be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt. Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays are non-working days and therefore orders received on these days will be processed on the next working day. However, due to the handmade nature of the resources occasions may arise where it is not possible to immediately dispatch an order. Unless otherwise stated all goods will be supplied within 28 days of an order being placed. In the event of this not being possible, you will be contacted and advised of the likely delivery date or an alternative option will be offered. If the goods cannot be provided within a mutually agreed timescale and an acceptable alternative is unavailable, a full refund will be offered. We reserve the right to substitute items if we have trouble or delays in obtaining items from the usual range. The overall balance and value for money you receive will not be compromised.
Orders will be dispatched by courier on a 24 hour delivery, however, no guarantee of delivery times can be given. It is not possible to specify timed deliveries or delivery windows unless prior arranged at an additional cost to the customer.
All delivery charges relate to delivery within mainland England, Wales and southern Scotland only. For deliveries outside these postal zones, including world wide delivery, additional charges will be incurred. Please contact Play to Z Ltd for further information of zones and prices.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement where delays occur to deliveries or where delays are caused by adverse weather conditions.We will of course update you on any problems and where possible seek to expedite delivery. At peak times, such as in the build up to Christmas you are advised to allow plenty of time for orders to be fulfilled and delivered.

Every effort is made to ensure that the images match as closely as possible to the actual products. Due to technical limitations, the handmade nature of many products and type of materials used, colours may vary.
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy goods. Prices, precise contents and availability information is subject to change.
All goods remain the property of Play to Z until paid for in full.
You may normally cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel your Order within this time and ‘Play to Z’ has received your cancellation prior to the point of dispatch, then any payments made by you for such goods will be refunded to you in full within 30 days subject to any fees charged by Kids One Stop Shop. If you wish to receive a full refund after this time, we will honour this as long as the goods are undamaged. This is explored further in our Returns Policy.

If your Play to Z resources do not meet your expectations you may return them undamaged within 7 days of receipt. Provided the goods are undamaged, a full refund will be made excluding any postage or courier costs. An administrative fee may be chargeable for credit card orders. To cancel your purchase within the 7-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 01206 796722, stating the reason for the return. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send to us so that we receive them within seven working days of the item being delivered to you. Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand or if they arrive damaged or have been used. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) to us unless we delivered the item(s) to you in error, or if the item(s) is damaged or defective.

Your goods should reach you in perfect order but if you have any problems Play to Z Ltd must be advised of these in writing, within 7 days of receipt of the goods at email@example.com. Every effort will be made to satisfactorily resolve the problem. If goods arrive damaged, problems should be reported on the day of delivery.
