Our products are individually hand printed and checked for quality, we aim to dispatch orders within two/three working days of receiving your order.
Items will be sent first class by Royal Mail, if you require special delivery please advise us of your need.
We take the utmost care over our printing, packaging and manufacturing and we hope you love what you have ordered. However, if you are not satisfied – for example, if there is a problem with the printing of your purchase or if there is a manufacturing defect, please return the item within 20 days of placing your order and we will happily replace it at no extra cost.
To return an item, please email us first at email@example.com stating your name, address, email address, order number and the reason why you would like to return it. We will then be in contact within 48 hours to resolve the problem.
Returned items must not have been worn and we cannot replace items that are the wrong size or colour, if they are what you ordered. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused in transit.
As long as the item has been returned because of a manufacturing or printing problem, we will replace it. If the item is unavailable, we will refund your payment.
