Your delivery policy
Delivery will be by Royal Mail standard second class postage. Products will usually be despatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment.
Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday may not be despatched until the Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will not be despatched until the following Monday.
If you need your order any faster than this please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to help but additional postage/courier charges may be incurred.

All orders accepted by Ruby and GINGER Ltd are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, due to the handmade nature of the products, specifications may vary slightly.
Payment can be made by a valid credit or debit card or via a Paypal account. Credit and Debit Cards are cleared online using Total Web Solutions secure payment processing system. Payments made via Paypal can be either via a PayPal account or using a Credit or Debit Card and use PayPal's secure payment processing system.
We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

Variations in actual colours may vary depending upon your monitor when viewing the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Your Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with you Ruby and GINGER purchase, but occasionally we know you may want to return an item.
All items purchased from Ruby and GINGER can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund of the price of the item and must include the original receipt. All items must be in unused, perfect condition, with all tags attached.
You can always return items if they are defective.
RETURNS – DELIVERY CHARGES
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the error/defective item to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. Items purchased through a retailer selling Ruby and GINGER products must be returned/exchanged through that specific retailer following their particular return/exchange policy. Please follow the procedure set out below. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Return
Please repack the goods securely using the packaging supplied and send to: Ruby and GINGER Ltd, Albion Mills, Albion Rd, Greengates, Bradford, BD10 9TQ
Please take your parcel to your nearest post office and obtain proof of postage.
We will email you to confirm your package has been received. Please allow 10 working days after we receive your package for your refund or exchange to be processed. We will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage).
Please note that we can only refund the card on which the original transaction was made.
Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
