Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
All parcels will be sent First Class recorded by UPS or Royal Mail.
All goods will require a signature when delivered.

Bluebird is confident that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we would be happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods provided that they are in their original, unopened and unused condition and returned within fourteen days of your receipt of the goods.
To return goods please follow the following steps:
Please contact us by e-mail: email@example.com or call us on 01442 822452 between 9.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. You will be required to provide full details of your order and details of the goods you wish to return.
If you have received your goods as a gift we do not offer refunds however, please contact us and we will be happy to offer an exchange or alternative products up to the value of the original gift purchase.
Please return your goods by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) and send to the following address:
On receipt of the returned goods Bluebird will examine them before arranging a refund, exchange or replacement. We will endeavor to do this within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.
