We endeavor to dispatch all items in 1-2working days and prices include first class postage as standard which generally takes a further1-2working days but can take a day or two longer in peak postal occasions. If you need to be sure of a delivery within 4 days of ordering you can select to courier shipping. Remember to always let us know if you need something "speedy" as we will do everything we can you meet your needs.

Our aim is complete customer satisfaction, however, should you be unhappy with any aspect of our service or products, or change your mind, please read our terms below. CHANGE OF MIND: Please contact us in writing within 7 working days of your receipt of the goods to request a refund. We will advise you of the best return address and provide you with a returns advice number.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCT: Please contact us in writing as soon as you are aware of an issue. Where appropriate we will ask you to take a picture of the issue so we can act in a timely manner. If an item is damaged in transport it is essential we are aware within 2 days. In most cases a full refund, exchange or repair will be offered (depending on the time scale), this will be dealt with on a case by case basis

Please return the goods to us in a timely manner. On occasion we may arrange for an item to be collected via a courier depending on the most appropriate course of action. In the even you are asked to return the item through the Royal Mail we recommend returning by Royal Mail and obtaining a Certificate of Posting as any damages or losses incurred during return may mean we are unable to refund you. We recommend that you use a signed for method so that you enable a right to claim in the event the item is not return to us..
It is your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods, until they are returned to us.
Any goods must be returned within a reasonable time scale and must be securely wrapped, and in the original packaging.
Refund will include the original postage cost, if applicable, but the customer will pay the cost of returning the item to us, unless it is faulty.
The refund process means money can only be refunded to the source originally used to pay.
