Delivery Delivery Information Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of being placed (Monday - Friday) wherever possible. We aim to keep you informed via email of the progress of your order. If you require an update at any stage however, please do not hesitate to contact us at customerservice@skeanie.co.uk All prices are quoted in UK pounds Sterling. Our acceptance of your order to purchase Goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via web or e-mail is not a guarantee of delivery. We will inform you if we are unable to deliver the Goods you have ordered and a full refund will be given. We have made every effort to ensure the descriptions and price of our products are correct. We will inform you as soon as possible in the event of an error in pricing or description coming to our attention. Where we notify you of such an error, you will have the option of either (a) confirming your order to purchase subject to the corrected description or price, or (b) retracting your offer to purchase and receiving a full refund if the products have been paid for. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. We shall endeavour to deliver your order within 3 working days after we receive your order. If there are any delays we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible. Delivery outside the UK mainland (including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man) may require an extra charge. UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail to your specified delivery address Monday to Friday. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you. We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as our carriers will deliver to the place not the person. We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion and we allocate the courier we believe will deliver your order to you in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your order. If you are ordering for delivery outside of the UK, we suggest you have goods delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt. You can review our delivery options in more detail so you choose the one that best suits what you need. Faulty Items We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us at customerservice@skeanie.co.uk with the order number, the faulty item's name and number, and a description of the fault. We’ll get back to you within 4 hours and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can. Our returns policy is below. Missing items We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything. If an item is missing, please contact us at customerservice@skeanie.co.uk with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can. My order has not arrived If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Before getting in contact with us, have you tried: Signing into My Account to check we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date. Checking if you have a text message, email or attempted delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery. Checking with your neighbours to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf. Looking in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as behind bins or in a shed, garage or porch. If you still can't find your parcel, please contact us at customerservice@skeanie.co.uk quoting your order number. We'll reply within four hours and do our best to locate your parcel straightaway. If it cannot be found, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Returns Returns Policy We do hope you are happy with your purchase; however if you do need to return an item to us, please follow the process described below. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange if you notify us within 14 days of purchase that the item purchased: a) has a fault that was not known at the time of purchase b) does not do the job that you were led to believe it would do c) does not match the sample you were shown, or d) does not fit the description We are unable to offer a refund if you: 1. change your mind about a product. This includes when a customer has found a cheaper product elsewhere, has bought a gift that is unsuitable, or their circumstances have changed and they no longer require the goods 2. knew, or should have known, about a fault when the goods were bought, for example as seconds. However, if a second has a fault that the customer was not aware of, or could not have discovered upon a reasonable inspection when the item was bought, their rights are not affected 3. are unable to prove from whom and when the item was purchased. However, traders should not refuse a refund solely because there is no receipt, if they are satisfied that the goods were purchased from their store 4. are responsible for damaging the goods by not following the instructions, general wear and tear or misusing the product. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our offices. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. In the case of faulty product only, or if we have sent you the wrong items, we shall reimburse the cost of returning the product to us via second class mail. The receipt for same should be included with the return. We also recommend you obtain proof of posting. How do I return an item? The process for returning product to us is as follows: 1. Email customerservice@skeanie.co.uk to advise us that you will be returning an item to us. You must also quote the Order Number in this correspondence. Please also advise if you wish to order a replacement item. 2. Complete a Returns Note (this can be downloaded from our website - www.skeanie.co.uk - and include it with the package 3. Post the return to us by second class mail to the following address - Customer Service United Brand Management No. 4 10-12 Springfield Road Altrincham Cheshire WA14 1HE Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you want us to, promptly. For overseas customers, it can take up to 21 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive it, we will inspect and process the goods within 72 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible. Customers that have purchased products through other stockists or websites and not through skeanie.co.uk will need to check with the individual store in regards to their refund policy as we can only exchange items purchased from skeanie.co.uk. If you have a query in relation to our service or products, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will aim to respond to all enquiries within 72 hours. Once we have contacted you, we will keep you informed of the progress of your enquiry and aim to have it resolved within 5 working days. We also accept cancelled orders under the Distance Selling Regulations. Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.In this case we will issue you with a full refund however you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them. In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost. For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. This includes sale items. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
