Delivery charges are non-refundable - but if you require an exchange we will send you a replacement by via Royal Mail free of charge (UK only). Please enclose a note with your order number and/or receipt as we cannot issue a return without this. We can only issue refunds to the purchaser. Returns must be unused and in a resaleable condition, with the swing ticket still attached. We recommend that goods are returned using Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
