ll orders will be posted via Royal Mail first class. If a parcel is returned to us due to it not being collected from the post office after a failed delivery, then a further charge for redelivery will be made. We endeavour to post out all orders as soon as possible but we would notify you of any delays. UK orders will generally be shipped within 1-2 working days. International deliveries will take around 10-14 days to arrive and may require a signature on arrival. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day. International Orders Please note we do not ship to P.O Box addresses. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged. Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following: • The product ordered being unavailable from stock • Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment • The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Goods must be returned in new, unused condition and with any labels still attached, within 28 days of receipt for exchange or refund. During Christmas this period is extended but please notify us ASAP with any returns. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and retain a proof of postage. Unless faulty, our own postage costs will not be refunded. PLEASE notify us before sending goods back. Sale items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
