Items are shipped from the United Kingdom. We will aim to dispatch all goods that are in stock within 5 working days following the date your payment is accepted, however we cannot guarantee any delivery times. I am very happy to ship items abroad. The buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs. Prints are packaged in poster tubes.

A4: 210mm x 297mm / 8.3" x 11.7" including a small border. A3: 297mm x 420mm / 11.7" x 16.5 including a small border.

No order made by the buyer shall be deemed to be accepted by 'AlphaBino' until the item and/or product ordered by the buyer is dispatched, even if we have issued an email acknowledging your order. The contract between the buyer and AlphaBino will be governed by the laws of England (and expressly excluding the United Nations Convention on the Sale of Goods) and the parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. If you are dissatisfied with any items or products which you bought from AlphaBino, please contact us directly within seven days of receipt and we will use our best endeavours to resolve the issue. I will accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will not be given on shipping charges. Any item which is faulty, lost or damaged in the post will be replaced. On receipt of the returned item we will print a duplicate item and have that delivered to the same address. We will not accept responsibility for any mistakes such as spelling made by the buyer but we will do everything we can to rectify any issues and ensure you are delighted with your print (this may incur additional charges). Any artwork that has been made to order cannot be refunded after payment has been made.
