Registration/Passwords 6.1 If you wish to apply to become a cladell licensee, you should submit the online application form on the website. You will then be contacted with a request for further information. 6.2 If your application is accepted and you are appointed as a cladell licensee , you will be issued with a password enabling you to access the Extranet.. Each password is for use by the licensee only only. The Company does not permit you to share your password with any other person. 6.3 Responsibility for the security of any password issued rests with you. 7. Disclaimer 7.1 While the Company endeavours to ensure that the information on the Website or Extranet is correct, the Company does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on the Website or Extranet. The Company may make changes to the material on the Website, or to the products and prices described in it, at any time without notice. If you wish to cancel your order: 1.you can notify us by email to info@cladell.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or 2.where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us if un-worn, unused condition, within 14 days of receipt for a full exchange or refund. The costs of returning goods to us shall be incurred by you. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange as required.
