Nature of Goods As all our bouquets are handmade there will by nature be a slight variation in each item. Shades of colour may vary to images shown in photographs. Design We design all our handmade bouquets and reserve the right to alter the design of bouquets at any time. Returns We maintain the highest standards of quality control. However if you are unhappy in anyway with your purchase you may return the goods to us for a full refund of the purchase price, within 7 days. Goods must be returned to us via recorded delivery and all tracking numbers should be retained to ensure that the goods do reach us. Once we have received the returned goods a full refund of the goods price will be issued. Contract We must receive payment of the whole price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted.
