Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. All parcels will be sent First Class recorded by UPS or Royal Mail. All goods will require a signature when delivered.

Bluebird is confident that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we would be happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods provided that they are in their original, unopened and unused condition and returned within fourteen days of your receipt of the goods. You will be required to provide full details of your order and details of the goods you wish to return. If you have received your goods as a gift we do not offer refunds however, please contact us and we will be happy to offer an exchange or alternative products up to the value of the original gift purchase.
