We do our best to deliver between 2 - 5 days however in busy periods of the year this timing may slip. Your delivery policy 2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. 2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. 2.3 We may refuse to accept an order: * (a) where goods are not available; * (b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; * (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or * (d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions. All goods are delivered by track-able carrier and we ask that someone should be avaialble to sign for the parcel or packages. Should the goods or packaging look damaged in any form you should point out to the driver, sign goods damaged and contact us immediately, certainly within 3 workings days at after which all claims are null & void. Please let us know if you decide to go away or arrange for a neighbour to take in the goods. DELIVERY IS QUOTED FOR UK MAINLAND ONLY - ALL AREAS OUTSIDE THIS WILL BE QUOTED ON A SEPARATE BASIS

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY If you wish to cancel your order: You can cancel your order at anytime up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please contact us at sales@wagonwood.co.uk or by post to the above address. Should you cancel, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods were defective. Should a part be faulty or missing it will be replaced instead of a refund. You must have taken reasonable care of the goods and not used them. Please ensure that you include all the packaging with the goods. If you cancel within the 7-day period we will refund the full cost of the item within 30 days. You do not have to give us a reason for the cancellation however a brief explanation will help improve the service we offer customers in the future. Important: Your right to cancel and receive a refund does NOT apply if you have already put the goods together and/or used them in any way
