Counterfeit Information

At Lucas Frank we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality garments. We are aware that imitations of our products are produced or sold. This is counterfeit and a misuse of our brand and designs, which we do not tolerate. To prevent this, where appropriate, we will pursue all legal remedies available to us, including commencing legal proceedings or involving Trading Standards.

We really regret that our customers can be misled by these products purporting to be genuine Lucas Frank product. We will do our best to make you aware of counterfeit websites claiming to offer genuine products by posting the links below. We strongly advise you not to purchase from them.

Can I return Lucas Frank items that I buy on eBay?
No. Lucas Frank guarantees all of its products but only if you buy from one of our approved channels, as above. We do not support items that are purchased outside of the ways described above.
