Play to Z Ltd Returns

If your Play to Z resources do not meet your expectations you may return them undamaged within 7 days of receipt. Provided the goods are undamaged, a full refund will be made excluding any postage or courier costs. An administrative fee may be chargeable for credit card orders. To cancel your purchase within the 7-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us at info@playtoz.co.uk or on 01206 796722, stating the reason for the return. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send to us so that we receive them within seven working days of the item being delivered to you. Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand or if they arrive damaged or have been used. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) to us unless we delivered the item(s) to you in error, or if the item(s) is damaged or defective.

Your goods should reach you in perfect order but if you have any problems Play to Z Ltd must be advised of these in writing, within 7 days of receipt of the goods at info@playtoz.co.uk. Every effort will be made to satisfactorily resolve the problem. If goods arrive damaged, problems should be reported on the day of delivery.
